Eligible for Return if:

✅ Original tags are intact
✅ Item is in original packaging
✅ You have proof of purchase/order ID
NOT Eligible for Return:
❌ Items worn, washed, or damaged by customer
❌ Items without original tags
❌ Sale or discounted items
❌ Items returned after 7 days of delivery
